1. Pre-cleaning

Products are first freed from any contamination before further cleaning and packaging under cleanroom conditions. This prevents contaminants from entering the cleanroom.

2. Precision cleaning

High-quality surface treatments for the most demanding industries:
- 2.1 Pickling and passivation. Pickling optimises the surface by removing chemical corrosion products, mill scale and annealing skin, and any free iron. After pickling, the product is immersed in a liquid to passivate it and improve its corrosion resistance.
- 2.2 Ultrasonic cleaning. High-frequency ultrasonic sound waves remove dirt, oil, grease and contaminants from various surfaces. This technique is particularly effective, even for cleaning complex and fragile objects, such as medical equipment and industrial components.
- 2.3 Manual cleaning. A combination of these methods may be necessary to achieve the highest level of cleanliness, especially when precision, speed or material preservation are important. SPC cleans products weighing up to 5,000 kg.

3. After service

To provide our clients with the best possible support, SPC also offers the following services:
- 3.1 Cleanroom assembly and packaging. Once your products have been thoroughly cleaned, our experts can also assemble and package them in the cleanroom.
- 3.2 Labelling and traceability. In cleanroom environments, recognisability and traceability are crucial. That is why products are labelled according to your specifications, so that they can be easily traced later in the process.
- 3.3 KitCare Solutions. Cleaning, sorting and packaging your SERV kits.
